Role Overview
The Time and Attendance Business Analyst position will be part of the Financial Applications team in Digital Technology at Raytheon Technologies. You will be responsible for time, attendance and labor system process designs and integrity. The position entails supporting multiple business units across the globe while ensuring the customer’s goals and objectives and corporate’s end goal of enterprise standardization and compliance are all met. You will primarily be responsible for gathering requirements to architect and implement the solution working in concert with various site teams.

This individual will work remote.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage large time and attendance projects: site implementations, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
  • Work with cross-functional groups to design solutions and advise project teams
  • Identify and deliver system operation improvements
  • Design interfaces (improve processes, share data)
  • Support Information Technology audits focused on business, SOX and Government compliance
  • Manage, prioritize and resolve trouble tickets and user requests
  • Analyze and troubleshoot software and interface issues

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

  • Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience with Time and Attendance systems
  • Experience with managerial accounting
  • Ability to translate requirements into working solutions
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Experience designing interfaces with other environments (i.e. SAP, JDE, WorkDay/GlobalView)
  • Up to 20% travel required
  • Ability to develop and execute SQL scripts for data analysis and resolution
  • Ability to work on-call schedules, including weekends, if necessary
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers and team members

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP | FICO experience
  • AutoTime or similar full function Time and Attendance software
  • Aerospace and Defense experience
  • Solumina experience
  • Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with government accounting, including total time accounting
