Job Description

<p>This is a programme that is open to candidates who have showcased a passion for software development who want to begin their journey into the world of software development. Successful candidates will need to have some basic understanding of software development to complete a simple online coding exercise and interview, and will go through a training programme together with a hands-on project to apply the skills they have learned. Programme participants that stand out positively may be offered contract extensions beyond this attachment/traineeship.</p> <p><strong>You'll spend time on the following:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Participating in classroom training program with hands-on exercises</em></li> <li><em>Internal software development projects upon completion of training</em></li> <li><em>Regular feedback collection and sharing for continuous growth throughout programme</em></li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll learn from this:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>You will learn full stack (frontend and backend) application development</em></li> <li><em>You will learn best practices like writing clean and reusable code using practices like TDD, SOLID principles, OO design, and pair programming</em></li> <li><em>You will learn Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration (CI) and others</em></li> </ul> <p><strong>Duration of Traineeship:</strong>&nbsp;4 Months</p> <p>Highest Qualification: Degree or Diploma</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>If this sounds like the right environment for you to learn, grow and thrive, then we are looking forward to getting to know you!
