You will champion and embed Customer Centric thinking and behavior across the organisation, educating the business on the travel category and the needs of our consumers, helping to drive day to day decision making and longer term business strategy.
You will use your hands-on knowledge of insight and research techniques to actively explore, assemble and analyze data from a range of sources, making impactful recommendations which keep the customer at the heart of everything we do.
