Program Manager

Job Description

As a Program Manager at CoverMyMeds, you’ll solve tough problems in the healthcare industry to help patients receive the medications they need to live healthy lives. You’ll focus on maximizing the collaboration of cross-business teams to deliver on the most strategic and complex initiatives and serve as a trusted point of contact to the executive and senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

Develop the framework needed to deliver, monitor and ensure success of strategic cross- enterprise initiatives

• Ensure that objectives and key results are identified, executed and reported at project appropriate cadences to stakeholders, advisory teams and project sponsors
• Establish and lead communications strategies to ensure success and commitment by all participants
• Collaborate regularly with our engineers, product managers, and data and business analysts to monitor key metrics and utilize data to influence decisions
• Ensure that legal, privacy and compliance concerns are presented to the respective teams and addressed as needed

Champion successful program and change management practices across CoverMyMeds

• Build relationships with product managers across CoverMyMeds to understand business needs driving changes
• Mentor, coach and support Business Analysts, Project, and Product Managers across CoverMyMeds
• Elevate our product and project management practice across CoverMyMeds by sharing best practices and implementing methods proven to be successful
• Apply Change Management theory and practice to ensure our objectives and key results are met.

Develop a working knowledge of CoverMyMeds’ customers, products and data.

• Evaluate the complex overlap of the challenges and needs of each our industry network partners as it pertains each initiative
• Serve as a conduit to escalate and resolve roadblocks to progress.

About You

The ideal candidate must be confident, organized and comfortable in leading and facilitating conversations across all levels of the organization including executive and senior leadership, as well as clients as needed. In addition, they will be inquisitive and data curious.

• Able to share several examples of when you’ve utilized qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions
• Able to share several examples of when you’ve identified and prioritized the most important things among a myriad of important things
• Able to share techniques for how you’ve effectively overseen and communicated detail-oriented working plans
• Comfortable making decisions in times of ambiguity, complexity and imperfect information
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Project Management or Change Management
• Previous experience facilitating teams, projects or programs and a solid understanding and experience working in an agile environment
• Bright, outstanding problem-solver who is able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
