In this role, you have the opportunity to
Oversee all Order to Cash (O2C) operations for Supply Chain Management and provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to the Global Business Services (GBS) leadership team, based in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition, you will operationalize and enhance current reporting work streams, and be responsible for driving a lean culture throughout the organization.

The Supply Chain Operations team at our Philips Global Business Services (GBS) North America hub in Nashville, TN reporting into the GBS Hub Leader. This team is focused on delivering top results through driving the business to outperform expectations from our customers, market and internal teams; as well as, driving operational excellence through striving to build a standardized and sustainable O2C/Q2C value chain, raising the level of our performance beyond competitors.
Philips GBS Nashville hub has experienced significant growth in the Greater Nashville area since the original announcement of adding 800+ jobs in 2017.
