About the role

The Graphic Designer will work with internal and external partners to provide innovative creative thinking and be a key contributor to the Marketing Creative team. In this full-time position you will be responsible for supporting visual marketing and service line needs by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under strict deadlines. You will conceptualize and execute fully integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on production, asset development for digital media: social and paid channels and platforms. You’ll be responsible for bringing the concept from briefing, through production, to final delivery. A strong design portfolio, concepting skills, as well as the ability to work seamlessly in Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Illustrator are key. And, most importantly, you need to be a great teammate.

What you will do

  • Responsible for visual creation of production materials across all digital and print platforms. This would include graphics for the weekly digital marketing assets, homepage, emails, special landing pages, and new and new product launches.
  • Ensures brand guidelines and quality standards are consistent throughout all marketing graphics.
  • Responsible for creating motion graphics for use in digital marketing channels, using After Effects or a similar application
  • Develop, create and execute compelling high-impact designs on a consistent basis.
  • Leverage a solid understanding of brand guidelines.
  • Translate creative briefs into a design that ensures a cohesive brand image
  • Partner with Art Directors and other creative leadership to utilize brand briefs, data and insights to craft on-target creative that drives sales and brand advocacy
  • Present and sell creative work to stakeholders and provide solutions to feedback

About you

  • Expert Level in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign
  • You work well in a team environment and can collaborate and communicate clearly across departments
  • You are open to constructive critique and can provide innovative and successful deliverables to the Design and Marketing leadership team
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Broad understanding of composition, logo design, color theory, imagery, typography, space, scale and grid systems
  • Technical aptitude with ability to prepare, package, and preflight files for production purposes
