Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Lead in all stages of the security implementation lifecycle, and coordination activities between onshore/offshore resources, development , and assignment of functional/roles for security.

Responsibilities:

· Gather requirements for security implementation

· Document business processes for the implementation

· Lead security design

· Lead the end-user support

· Lead testing sessions/workshops with the client

Qualifications Required

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience with 4+ years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting Security for Oracle Enterprise Solutions not limited to Cloud ERP applications.

· At least 10 years of experience in technology consulting and solutions architecture.

· Demonstrated experience in leading and working through the activities for Oracle Security Role to Position/Person mapping.

· Proficient in defining and documenting technical requirements for security implementations for Oracle Enterprise Solutions, creating and maintaining solution documentation, developing security test plans and test cases, and fixing security-related issues.

· Excellent client communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements/processes, and management expertise for large-scale business transformations.

· Ability to lead workshops for requirements validation.

· Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Must be willing to live and work in the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA area.

Preferred

· Demonstrates proven expertise in implementing and supporting security for Oracle Enterprise Solutions, Cloud ERP application-based solutions, not limited to the following:

· A proven record of completing at least 1-3 full life-cycle implementations, supporting clients in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Enterprise Solutions by leading Security workstream for medium to large-sized consulting engagements.

· Developing strategy; as well as writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently; to and/or for all levels of clients, and internal staff and management.

· Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; providing candid, meaningful feedback promptly; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
