The Service Line Manager acts on Germany Country level with E2E responsibility for Service Delivery Processes in the respective business area to achieve Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction at lowest possible cost, working closely with the Country and Geo Delivery Leads. On this role you would collaborate with Process owners and Subject Managers in Foundation, Premier OS and A&PS Segments to manage and control all operational elements within service value chains and delivery methods.

How you'll make your mark:

  • Manage the local Capacity and capability process
  • Analyze quality and financial issues in the end-to-end process chain, i.e. the residual, and apply standard quality methods to solve issues permanently
  • Moderate and drive sub process owners / suppliers to improve quality and costs to reach specific quality and cost targets
  • Develop and implement new ideas to further improve the delivery processes together with the other stakeholders (internal project assignments are possible)
  • Contribute to Management of Change processes given by the HPE transformation (alignment of team structures, communication and negotiation).
  • Be the country interface for topics like internal and external process audits (e.g. ISMS), crisis management or any other local ad hoc Operations Management topics
  • Prepare and moderate staff as well as other meetings for specific topics

About you:

  • University degree or equivalent practical experience
  • General knowledge on delivery.
  • Experience in quality, project or process management or in like roles/businesses for at least 3-5 years
  • Analytical skills as well as problem solving skills
  • Good communication (ability to communicate from director to individual contributor), negotiation and influencing skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • ITIL/Greenbelt/PM certifications would be considered an advantagerince2) External customer experience Knowledge about HPE products and technologies
