What You'll Do
Cisco’s CX Data Insights and Growth team is hiring a Business Analyst to accelerate predictive modeling and analytics in the CX Insights team. We're in the midst of an exciting time breaking down silos across the company and using data to transform the organization. The vision for the team is to design the best in class analytics products that can be leveraged by our internal stakeholders to drive growth and customer adoption, while also looking to the future for fee-based analytics products for our customers.
As a Business Analyst you will shape the overall future of CX analytics and insights, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. You will make an impact while solving meaningful problems and creating new design patterns and paradigms. Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborate as part of the product management team to define and deliver the overall product strategy
· Synthesize business needs and feedback into clear concise requirements
· Partner closely with data scientists and analysts to design and deliver scalable data models
· Develop and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for our stakeholders
· Create thoughtful and well-structured concept models and prototypes
· Work cross-functionality on executing our analytic roadmaps
· Partner with Product Management, Dev and QA to deliver polished final product.

Qualifications:
· Experience developing business intelligence insights and recommendations
· Software development methodology experience required
· Five years prior experience in product management with emphasis on customer success insights and delivery in an agile environment
· Experience with Agile and Scrum software product development methodology as a Product Owner/Manager
· Demonstrated success leading large, multi-discipline projects with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
· Ability to influence people across the organization to drive results
· Ability to deal with ambiguity and adaptability to change
· Good presentation skills, including experience with presenting to large external and internal audiences
· Experience writing detailed specifications of user requirements, business processes and procedures required to develop and implement software solutions
· Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
· 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Einstein Analytics & Discovery
· Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience required
· Salesforce Einstein Analytics & Discovery experience preferred
