The Senior Manager of Customer Marketing will work closely with the Enterprise Marketing team and the North America Sales and Customer Success teams to spearhead regional marketing initiatives as well as manage and coordinate day-to-day projects. She/He/They will play a major role in executing and measuring results of various marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Define a global customer marketing strategy to showcase our most successful customers
  • Run onboarding and nurturing programs to make our customers successful
  • Identify key touch points to drive customer renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Manage a comprehensive customer reference program with Udacity champions
  • Build a pipeline of customer marketing content, including customer stories, videos, quotes, webinars, and infographics
  • Interview select customers to uncover measurable business results and share key success metrics
  • Execute a customer awards program to recognize outstanding customer use cases, among both finalists and winners
  • Lead ongoing customer advocacy campaigns and customer marketing events
  • Ensure customer participation in global marketing campaigns and PR activities
  • Source customer speakers and thought leaders for key industry events
  • Plan and execute a quarterly Customer Advisory Board

What we value:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience for SaaS companies
  • Proven track record as a customer marketing standout
  • Strong writing/storytelling skills with the ability to communicate technical product use cases
  • Knowledge of using ABM to drive customer engagement
  • Willing and able to roll up one’s sleeves as an individual contributor and also influence and leverage corporate resources
  • Experience partnering with Customer Success teams
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with extremely solid sense of ownership and urgency
  • Creative, innovative, and always thinks outside the box
  • Metric-oriented with excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Exceptional team management and communication skills
