Job Description

Our Local FM business is an exceptionally high growth business line within CBRE. Within our Local FM business, we self-deliver technical services and manage soft services FM through trusted best in class partners. Due to sustained high growth we are hiring a senior recruiter who will be instrumental in sourcing key management / leadership roles.

Job Purpose

The Sr Recruiter is a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring recruitment best practice is adhered to and promotes quality and diversity in terms of our workforce and the services we deliver.

Key Responsibilities

The Sr Recruiter is responsible for supporting the delivery of the people and business strategies through:

  • developing, delivering and implementing a robust national (change to regional – this is an AMS role) recruitment and talent acquisition strategy
  • proactive talent sourcing for manager / leadership roles through a ‘hands on’ approach
  • support the recruitment process for mobilizations / transitions and scalable solutions
  • recruiting and selecting in line with the Company’s technical and behavioral requirements
  • leading the adherence of the end to end recruitment process
  • contributing to the achievement of the Divisional and Corporate People metrics, including reporting metrics for the region
  • delivering the global strategic objectives at a regional level
  • manage the recruitment supply chain & ensure it is fit for purpose especially with relation to new mobilization / transitions

Supervisory Responsibilities

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams, and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees.


Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Skills
  • Ability to quickly build solid relationships with managers / leaders within LFM in order to establish their recruitment needs and provide support during the recruitment process.
  • A confident recruiter who has the drive to directly source the best talent for the company with minimal use of 3rd party recruitment suppliers.
  • Ability to deal with multiple vacancies without compromising candidate quality or an effective and timely service to the business.
  • Use of multi-media channels for direct sourcing.
  • Ability to flex communication style depending on stakeholders.
Knowledge
  • Proven track record of proactive recruitment
  • Can coach and train managers on best practice recruitment and selection skills
  • Understanding of the candidate market
  • Creation of workforce plan

Experience

  • Five years’ experience (desirable) recruiting at management / leadership level
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university in human resources or related field or comparable combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle staffing or recruiting required.
  • Building and maintaining a talent pool
  • Maintaining a recruitment database
  • Designing and running external talent campaigns
  • Running talent for core talent segments such as diversity; early careers; veterans
  • Previous experience of ATS systems (Avature Desirable)
  • Two years’ or proven experience in the Data Center, M&E, ICT, critical or FM sectors (Desirable)
  • SHL/Talent Q qualified or other psychometric assessment software (Desirable)
