To support those needs, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) group is responsible for Agile Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Services, Development and Cloud Enablement (DCE), Enterprise Application Hosting Services (EAHS), Enterprise Services and Product Management (ESPM), and Chief Operating Office (COO) Business Services & Risk and Governance.

This position will be part of the Enterprise Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) organization within Enterprise Application Portfolio Management under the CTO. The Enterprise Application Portfolio Management group ensures that processes are defined and matured, managing consistency across Technology according to strategic priorities and the Target Operating Model. The Enterprise ALM team executes major initiatives for Technology focused on the ALM Target Operating Model by supporting and contributing to strategic thought leadership to the problems/tasks to create effective outcomes; providing leadership; and working to drive efficient operational practices to accomplish common and consistent adherence to ALM goals.

This position is for a SharePoint Business Analyst on our Tools and Automation team. The team provides SharePoint and Reporting & Metrics services to our peers and partners in regards to ALM. This position will assist with the intake and coordination of work by our SharePoint and Reporting & Metrics teams that is requested by our partners. This role is posted as a SharePoint Business Analyst however, the Wells Fargo job title is Technology Business Services Associate.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Engage with partners to identify and prioritize upcoming work
  • Assist our partners in making sure all requirements have been identified and are complete
  • Analyze the requirements with peers to determine appropriate solutions
  • Create business requirements, test plans/test scripts, and other various project/work effort documentation
  • Create and maintain process flows
  • Coordinate and conduct meetings with teammates and partners in the execution of other responsibilities
  • Coordinate and conduct testing activities related to the tools supported by the team
  • Analyze data / metrics and create Excel reports

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technology experience
  • 5+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
  • 2+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience managing medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • 4+ years of SharePoint experience
  • 2+ years of experience producing business process documents, such as process maps and workflows
  • Knowledge and understanding of application lifecycle, from design and development to testing, implementation and production support
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: strategies, test plans, test cases ,and test scripts development
  • Agile experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
  • Ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex analytical questions
  • Strong relationship management skills
