At Shipt, we are transforming the grocery shopping experience and giving time back to consumers. Shipt shoppers handpick fresh groceries and household essentials, then deliver them to your door in as little as one hour.

Shipt is growing and we are in search of a Partner Success Manager to exemplify the team strategy - be the partner of choice by maximizing value for our retail partners. You will carefully cultivate and maintain relationships with our retail partners as their main point of contact to develop launch strategies, advocate on their behalf to help drive business, analyze trends and work with internal departments to create a long-lasting partnership.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture a strong partnership with retail partners through thoughtful communication, regular business reviews, reporting, and innovative opportunities
  • Provide industry trends and insights in order to help develop a strategy and growth potential for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Position yourself as a thought leader to cross-functional teams both internally and externally to maximize retailers’ growth in the delivery space
  • Work with teams to develop sustainable solutions that benefit customers, shoppers and partners
  • Own the onboarding process of new retail partners to Shipt’s delivery solutions
  • Define and clearly communicate the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical and operational feasibility
  • Lead project initiatives from start to finish - clearly outlining pertinent information to all parties (internal and external)
  • Interpret technical details and communicate with partners about requirements and specifications

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in account management, preferably in the technology or retail sector
  • A motivated self-starter, adept at solving problems and spotting opportunities in ambiguous circumstances
  • Organizational skills and follow-through, including attention to detail and planning
  • Communication mastery across both formal and informal situations. Excellent client-facing and internal approach
  • Ability to coordinate across numerous roles and cross-functional departments concurrently
  • Ability to travel for meetings in Shipt offices (BHM, SF) and on-site with retailer partners
