The Team

Technology team aims to become a driving force in the organization for technology strategies & tools that enable the company’s growth and create ever-increasing value for the end-user, be it the PVH organization, the employees, our customers or consumers.

The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior IT Support Engineer as part of the Tech Support Team who can bring technology support & service for PVH Turkey associates in Bağcılar/İstanbul.

Customer Experience is key in all of our support processes. We are striving to maximize self-service and our tool stack is subject to continuous improvement. You are considered an ambassador so collaboration and maintaining a healthy relationship with our end-users is key.

  • Support end-users through multiple contact channels.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end incident management process and provide solutions.
  • Support office with IT requirements (connectivity, configuration, etc.)
  • Analyse the Service Desk tickets to provide monthly update to management.
  • Manage the IT asset list
  • Promote and execute the PVH standards in Turkey office

The Ideal Candidate

  • Service-driven and solution-oriented
  • Empathically and socially skilled
  • An agile team player with a user-centric approach, that knows how to work independently and in teams
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • 5 years of solid experience in technical and users support
  • A strong background in customer services
  • Hands-on experience in desktop/server hardware, LAN administration, networking, Windows 7/10, MS Office 2010 & Office 365, Active Directory, hand held devices, video conferencing facilities
  • Knowledge of Topdesk, Jira or other registration and incident handling tools.
  • Knowledge of remote controlling solutions
  • Knowledge of Applications generally used in either office, retail or warehouse environments
  • The ability to adapt to the fast-paced "way of working"
  • The ability to work in a structured and standardized fashion, but you also have the ambition to be innovative in optimizing the administration and service levels.
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction drives success.
  • Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
