Job Description
Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Phoenix, AZ office located at 2800 N Central Ave. In this role, you will serve as a key relationship contact and act in a hardworking, professional and courteous manner to ensure that clients are responded to in a timely manner with all concerns and questions.
Responsibilities:
- You will process activity in the assigned accounts based on client directives in an accurate manner;
- You will verify activity reports daily and monitor all reports for compliance and respond in a designated time-frame;
- Review client billing and resolve aged receivables;
- Maintain client communications on regulatory, legal, accounting and account-related matters; and look for automation and streamlining opportunities.
- Administrative duties.
- Serve as a primary contact for the non-qualified client relationships;
- Keep abreast of industry trends and understand regulatory items and work with Unit and Section Managers on Alliance Level/Client services;
- Adhere to division, client and alliance Service Standards and partner with Client Development to look for cross-selling and growth opportunities;
- You will participate in the CRS Relationship Management Call/Visit Procedure;
- You will analyze current fees for services being provided and implement fee increases;
- Understand the competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of four years' experience in administration of Corporate Retirement or related accounts.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focused and engaging, detailed oriented and high degree of accuracy.
- Must have the ability to prioritize work to meet daily workloads and deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Working with Alternative Assets including Life Insurance and LPs is a plus.
