Our Application Development division is looking for an Associate Salesforce Developer to join our team and provide internally developed and third-party software solutions to meet business needs. You will be technically involved in all aspects of assigned projects, including planning and resolving issues. A successful candidate will have hands-on participation in the full SDLC process and enjoy converting business requirements into working software that adheres to our architectural standards for various business processes. This position can be located in our San Mateo, CA, office (near San Francisco, CA), Plano, TX, office (near Dallas, TX) or Camas, WA, office (near Portland, OR).

This is a direct hire opportunity.

The Day-To-Day:

• Create and/or modify code to meet specifications working off of technical design specs
• Test and debug personal work in addition to troubleshooting and resolving simple client issues
• Provide production support during normal business hours under direction
• Help develop solutions, primarily in Salesforce.com using either Lightning Component Development or Classic UI
• Gain experience in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex Classes/Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Salesforce Workflow, SOQL, SOSL and Force.com API
• Assist in customizing reports and dashboards
• Learn to configure and schedule periodic data synchronization (using 3^rd party tools like MuleSoft & Microsoft SSIS) with enterprise data store
• Collaborate on migrating on-premise CRM system into the cloud (Salesforce environment)
• Participate in technical development of software from inception through user acceptance, including projects which affect multiple departments and/or pose high risk situations
• Help design UI, middle-tier & back-end components

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science or Engineering required
• Good analytical capabilities
• Ability to perform as a team member
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred
