We are currently seeking a Telecom Services Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

• Hands on experience with administration, maintenance and troubleshooting on PBX voice technology.
  • Very good understanding of Endpoints issues
  • Very good understanding of SIP, H.323 and ISDN communication
  • Avaya CM, Avaya SM, SMGR, CMS, AES server & Media Gateways (G450 etc.), ESS & LSP
  • Contact center ACD call flows VDN, vectors, skill set (hunting) etc.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting/ maintaining PSTN (SIP, PRI (E1/T1)) trunks group
  • Voice mail (Avaya & AVST).
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting/ upgrading Cisco Call Manager, Unity, UCCX , IM&P.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting/ Upgrading/ PSTN voice gateways (MGCP, SIP, H323, SCCP, PRI, FXO and FXS).
  • Hands-on experience with implementing / troubleshooting Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST).
  • Hands-on experience in Cisco Collaboration Edge (Cisco Expressway-C and Expressway-E)
  • Hands on experience in maintaining Cisco Meeting server
  • Hands-on experience in configuring/maintaining/troubleshooting Collaboration Endpoints (Jabber) etc.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good written & verbal Communication Skills
• ITIL model service delivery, understanding of SLAs, Contract Penalties etc.
• Substantial exposure to supporting global customers, working in 24*7 environment (Preferentially US shift)
