Job Description

We have a unique opportunity for a Marketing Specialist, Korea based in Seoul and reporting to the Marketing Director, Asia. The Marketing Specialist, Korea will take part in shaping the demand generation startegy for a growth business, focusing on supporting B2B technology solutions and a signficant ecommerce business in Korea.

The successful candidate will be a results-driven, experienced professional capable of working independently to launch in-market strategies for Korea. This role will take the lead on our ecommerce marketing strategy, owning targets and shaping digital marketing tactics to grow the business. Partnering with sales, the Marketing Specialist, Korea will also take a hands-on role executing demand generation, brand and customer marketing campaigns in alignment with the overall Thomson Reuters strategy in Asia. The successful candidate will bring B2B demand generation experience to an established program with ambitious growth targets, using best practice techniques to ensure optimal performance across the product portfolio.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ecommerce strategy and execution, in partnership with Digital and Operations colleagues.
  • Overarching management of go-to-marketing product launches, including interpreting and translating at times complicated product messaging.
  • Oversight of agency relationships including sourcing new vendors and working with global partners.
  • Utilise extensive experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid search, media buying and email programs to grow the ecommerce business as well as generate leads for solutions products.
  • Run Korean events and webinars program.
  • Manage budget and present on campaign performance.

About you:

  • You have experience managing ecommerce programs, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • You have experience building demand generation programs, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • You describe yourself as an expert when it comes to digital marketing and you have a drive to keep learning.
  • You can demonstrate results managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Your communication and presentation skills are outstanding.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business (or equivalent)
  • You have at least 5 years experience in Marketing or a related field
