Your Role and Responsibilities
Join IBM Software Laboratory in Kraków for student internship in software development .
You will work on the best in class software product in IBM Hybrid Cloud area with passionate, agile and innovative team. It will be an opportunity to gain your technology knowledge, learn about software development processes and business aspects of what we do and develop your skills.
Your responsibilities:

• execute tests on various levels - from component to system and integration tests
• extending existing suite of automated tests
• proposing proper test approach and designing test cases

We offer flexible working hours, part time work (allowing to combine work and studies), innovative topics, access to IBM's training materials/courses.
If you have passion for software development with focus on quality, performance, serviceability and meeting customers' needs - this is the position for you.
All support and training will be provided to allow you develop and grow within the role.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Passion and dedication for software quality
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Ability to work with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Ability to write shell and batch scripts
• Good command of English

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge of testing frameworks
• Experience with other operating systems (Solaris, HP-UX, AIX)
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Programming skills
