EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint, Implementation of SAP Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) solutions in diverse industries focusing on areas of Incident Management, Risk Assessments, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Compliance & Emissions Management, Waste Management.
• Apply EH&S subject matter knowledge to effectively work with customers by assisting them with SAP EH&S software implementation, system integration, training, roll out, support and maintenance.
• Working directly with the customers to identify EH&S requirements understanding the business processes in EH&S to design the SAP EH&S solution.
• Identify opportunities for business process re-engineering and driving adoption of out-of-the-box functionality of SAP EH&S solutions
• Configuration of the SAP application based on the customer requirements.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis of customer requirements v/s SAP solution capabilities and authoring design documents to address the gaps.
• Work collaboratively with the Technical Team in the development of custom programs and assisting the customer in different testing cycles including Unit testing, Integration testing and User Acceptance testing
• Utilize SAP tools and project methodologies to deliver successful implementations under the guidance of a Senior level consultant.
• Represent SAP in seminars and conferences and build a network with existing and potential customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor for the customer

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 5 to 7 years’ experience working in implementing SAP EH&S solutions in the industry, preferably with a focus on Air permitting, Compliance, Emissions or Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Health
• Minimum of 2 to 3 full cycle implementations
• Good understanding of industry specific business processes
• Has performed at least one feasibility study
• Has experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Has experience with SAP Fiori
• Knowledge of regulatory framework related to Environment Health and Safety specifically in the areas of Air, Water, Waste or Industrial Hygiene is required.
• Experience with Air/Water permitting, or Industrial Hygiene & Exposure monitoring is highly desirable

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or Sciences including but not limited to Chemical Engineering/Environmental Engineering/Civil Engineering or any EH&S related field.

English: Fluent
