Purpose:

Boston Scientific is committed to developing leadership in high quality education programs for both employees and medical professionals.

The Institute for Advancing Science has developed new capabilities and implemented specific training courses in order to support internal and external Training and Medical Education.

The core objective of the Training Coordinator is to coordinate Training and Medical Education activities, in collaboration with the Training Manager, the Speakers/Proctors and the local organizations, this in compliance with European and local rules and regulation.

The Training Coordinator support is crucial for organizing high quality training and achieving maximal internal and external satisfaction.

Location: Villepinte, France

Key Responsibilities:

50% Event management/50% Digital Education

Manage Face-to-Face & Digital training courses

  • A-Z administrative and logistical management of all CxPCI training courses: communications, registrations & allocations, logistics, welcome packs, compliance & contracting paperwork, liaison with speakers, training materials, course content legal & regulatory approval, demos shipment, course catalogue, tracking & evaluations analysis, certificates, room set-up, ZOOM management.

Manage KPIs & budget tracking

  • Invoicing co-ordination
  • Collaboration with EDUCARE Proctor Bureau
  • Actuals versus plan, accruals with accounting
  • Tracking, preparation and presentation of franchise KPI metrics

Supervise follow-up & tracking of CTO certification

  • Registrations, Proctoring days, Case Report Forms tracking and compliance, certification signoffs, database maintenance,
  • eCare administration and management (new configurations, technical support, user trainings, support tools)

Congress support

  • Training Village registrations, logistical preparation and onsite support

Digital Initiatives

  • EDUCARE Digital platform management: New Users tracking, content implementation & maintenance, manage all backend capabilities (taxonomy, contributors, communities...), optimize and manage KPI tracking
  • LMS: Manage learning program allocation, enrollment, tracking
  • Develop elearning modules to support internal training on tools and systems
  • ZOOm super-user: create events, manage reservations, polling system, attendees tracking and live support for Digital events
  • Develop & manage templates & communications for Digital events within branding guidelines

Miscellaneous projects:

  • CTO Newsletter content development and management,
  • Participation in cross-divisional projects/workstreams,


Quality
Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific

  • As interface to Clients and Customer Service has direct responsibility to facilitate, share documents and process to identify, notify and ensure any complaint or problem are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors
  • Drive as needed to support and facilitate any field corrective action related his/her scope
  • Ensures that all products and advertisement have been through the appropriate approval processes, prior to sharing or publishing.

Franchise Training Managers, franchise Training Coordinators, EDUCARE Proctor Bureau, Marketing, Sales Representatives, Therapy Representative, local assistants, Compliance staff and Officer, finance staff.

Physicians, Clinical and Hospital Staff, and Government/Administrative Officials, Digital suppliers, services providers hotel, travel agent.

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent English language knowledge.
  • System knowledge: LMS, Educare, eHCP, eReq, Metis, online training new digital tools
  • Ability to work within an international environment.
