Technology Architect

Qualification:

Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent

Responsibility:

lead the project for all client facing communication assist in end to end solution design for FTI eservices chat GMS and Cobrowse systems

Exp 8 9 years needs to have good client communication and leadership skills

Skills

Genesys eServices Genesys Chat Genesys Cobrowse Genesys mobile Services Knowledge on Genesys SDK and API consumption

Very strong in fundamental concepts in Genesys Framework that includes Genesys CME and Genesys IRD

Should have experience in Genesys 8x platform deployment SIP based platform configuration management

Should have experience in Genesys Inbound and Outbound solution

Should have experience in troubleshooting Genesys issues and comfortable analyzing TSever and URS logs

Should have experience and expertise working on Genesys real time reports CC Pulse Pulse

Must have experience is CMEGA SCI GAX WDEIWS deployment configuration management Knowledge in eservice and Infomart would be an added
