Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our team and help us make it happen.
What will YOU do?
· Act as Technical focal point for major areas of functionality
· Design, plan and execute required quality assurance tests manual and automated over a variety of technologies and environments
· Collaborate with worldwide teams in order to ensure successful delivery and resolve any technical issues
· Design, build and maintain test setups in accordance with 3rd party partners
· Take part in an Agile team responsible for design, development, test and all technical related aspects of our products

Our engineers get involved in every step of the product lifecycle from requirements gathering with sponsor users all the way through development and field support.
Currently, the group is responsible for the award-winning range of Spectrum Virtualize storage software and devices, including FlashSystem V7000, V5000, V9000, V9100, and SAN Volume Controller (SVC).

Our products combine many cutting-edge technologies such as virtualization, real-time frameworks, advanced data reduction and data placement algorithms, clustering, Fibre Channel, iSCSI & iSER, NVME, Flash technologies, and many others.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· B.Sc graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or closely related discipline
· At least 5 years of hands on experience in manual and automated testing complex software systems
· Proven experience with Python and scripting language programming (e.g. Perl, Shell, Bash etc.)
· Good familiarity of Windows, Linux Distros, and VMware, working with 3rd party vendors for support
· Have strong debugging and investigation skills
· A team player and ready to collaborate with others
· Responsible, Organized and detail oriented
· Excellent written and oral communication skills (English, Hebrew)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Have a deep understanding of QA methodologies and practices
· Experience in storage concepts and technologies
· Experience with large-scale distributed software systems
· Experience in networking (TCP/IP, FC, Ethernet, iSER, iSCSI, NVMe-OF)
· Knowledge in high availability, load balancing, clustering
· Experience in working with off-shore teams and in a multi-cultural atmosphere
