Job Description

Missions :

According to Global Guidelines :

• Adapt & Realize Communication and Publishing regionally / locally relevant guidelines (complete ready to use Visual Communication Package including photo-engraving, visual cropping, logos and taglines translations)
• Adapt & Realize Merchandizing regional & relevant and complete guidelines for Launch POSM, Scenography/Event package
• Propose new design for EMEA tools specific to distribution channel
• Review with marketing planograms guidelines for all specific distribution channel in EMEA

Visual Merchandizing

• According to Launch Global guidelines Adapt & Realize Communication and Merchandizing regionally / locally relevant guidelines
• Elaborate launch POSM and Permanent POSM Graphic Execution files and launch POSM, Events & Scenography Execution files
• Participate in IP Duratrans vendors cost & service optimizations, control quality of execution & respect of guidelines
• Oversee Global / Regional launch POSM production with IP & Technical Development Department
• Creation & design of launch permanent POSM in collaboration with Development team (when only applicable to EMEA)
• Draft 2D and 3D plans.
• Build close relationship with Global team and coordinate Global & Regional project validation in liaison with the Project Manager
• Maintain constant contact with Global Visual Communication teams and with Global & Regional Marketing teams
• Analyze and report market needs and specificities to support optimization of Perm POSM offer
• Identify and suggest areas of improvements to increase visibility and brand presence at POS
• Survey Competition and analyze SD/VM competitive advantages.
• Creation of planograms according to the Brands’ Global / Regional marketing plan

Communication and Organization

• Build and nurture close relationships with Global & Affiliates, SD teams, Engineering, IP Department and Project Management Department
• Ensure Constant optimization of work tools, processes and communication
• Establish a list of preferred and reliable freelance consultants to unsure workload smoothness.

• Highly creative skills & Work experience at Graphic / POSM Design and Launch Visual Merchandizing field
• Knowledge of Graphic printing, POSM & Scenography production / execution methods
• Knowledge of the regional and local Points of Sales specificities (FSS, Department stores, Perfumeries)
• Creativity and open-mindedness to Contemporary Art world, knowledge of creative profession, strong willingness to discover novelties, acute artistic erudition
• Radiant positive, exuberant enthusiasm, genuine energy, passionate and engaged
