Who you are Brightwheel is seeking a Contract Recruiter (2-3 month term, with the possibility to extend) to help us scale the brightwheel Sales and Customer Success teams. You will work closely with our Senior Recruiter to fill critical customer-facing roles. You are a driven team player, comfortable sourcing and screening across a mix of our high volume roles. You are process-driven and detail-oriented, have excellent time management skills, and a desire to grow your recruiting experience working with a talented people team. You are passionate about creating an unparalleled candidate experience and building a process that is inclusive, equitable, and enjoyable for every candidate. What you’ll do - Assist our Senior Recruiters in hiring high volume roles without sacrificing quality - Source, screen resumes, and interview candidates for our Sales and Customer Success teams - Post jobs, manage pipelines, and schedule interviews to move candidates quickly and efficiently through our process - Run an inclusive, equitable and thoughtful process that balances rapid growth with maintaining a high bar for talent and ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates - Utilize and report on data to understand the pipeline and identify opportunities to strengthen your approach in filling each role Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities: - 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally across sales and customer success - Exceptional ability to partner with team members to achieve ambitious goals - Ability to use data to draw actionable insights that drive continuous improvements - Demonstrated ability to balance recruiting expertise, critical thinking, and creativity in developing strategies, solving problems, and improving processes - Experience hiring diverse and inclusive teams, and building strategies that support and encourage those efforts - Track record of building and managing a strong candidate pipeline using an applicant tracking system (ATS), LinkedIn, and other sourcing and posting channels - Ability to use or learn new systems.
