You will work across multiple levels of the company to drive key initiatives, working proactively to address operational rhythms, business processes, communications and procedures to improve the effectiveness of the leadership team, and the overall organization. We are looking for a Chief of Staff who operates successfully with a high level of autonomy, supports a high performing leadership team, displays creative thinking, and discretion to advance Udacity’s priorities and effectively leverage the CEO's time. The Chief of Staff is a highly visible role that partners with Gabe and our executive leadership team around the world.
