As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with team in designing, producing, testing, or implementing moderately complex software, technology, or processes, as well as create and maintain IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.

The Senior User Interface / User Experience Engineer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Independently determine the needs of the customer and create solution frameworks.
- Design and develop moderately complex software solutions to meet needs.
- Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions.
- Implement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks across the team.
- May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences• 4 years of experience working with UI/UX technologies.• Bachelor degree or equivalent.Desired Experiences• Expertise in developing websites for hosting via intranet or Internet, which may also include web design, web content development, scripting, and/or network security configuration.• Experience using software and computer systems' architectural principles to integrate enterprise computer applications such as xMatters, AWS Application Integration, or WebSphere. • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.• Ability to transform business processes using BPA, RPA, or other technology-enabled automation.• Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.• Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.• Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC.• Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.• Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.• Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.• Product Testing including testing and evaluating software, usability testing, UAT, and using relevant product testing technology.Skills• Extensive experience with Java related technologies including Spring Boot, Angular, Type Script, CSS and responsive design.• Experience with testing frameworks (Ex. Jasmine)and Test runner framework (Ex. Karma).• Full Software Development Lifecycle experience in mission critical and complex strategic initiatives.• Familiarity with microservice architecture - how to build and integrate into front end Primarily Angular.• Extensive experience building automation frameworks for UI and understanding of browser developer tools. • Rapid prototyping and participatory design. • Ability to address cross-browser, UI response times, performance issues. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to take ideas/innovation to execution and delivery.• AWS experience preferred Tools• Java• JavaScript libraries (Angular), HTML, CSS.• JIRA• Docker• UNIX• Cucumber for supporting Behavior Driven Development (BDD).• Selenium for testing• ServiceNow to manage digital workflows.• AWS Developer tools such as CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeStar, or CodePipeline• Apache Subversion• APIs for developing or programming software.• JenkinsThe future is what you make it to be.
