This role is responsible for providing technical support to customers, which involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web, diagnosing/analyzing problems, solving, or providing workarounds to customers. Our environment includes networking and web technologies such as DNS, DHCP, Security, and Cloud. This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
