Job Description

  • SME across multiple applications and systems.
  • Preferable experience in tools like Automation Anywhere and SAP
  • Has extensive experience on setting up RPA Platform (Infrastructure)
  • Has extensive experience on setting up Cloud Application Architecture
  • Sets direction via introducing new technologies to BSC
  • Proactively recommends long term visions, strategies and solutions to IT team
  • Take industry standards and drives towards standardization across the organization
  • Researches current technologies by consulting internal and external IT bodies and presenting this to the IT Leadership
  • Engages in decision making in day-to-day operations
  • Reviews corrective actions and defines preventive measures to sustain desired results
  • Formal mentor to one or more analysts and principles in core development skills as well as peers in other technical areas
  • Develops and communicates a strategy supporting the vision, objectives and goals of the organization
  • Influences by engaging with external advisor groups to help set direction and drive industry standards and best practices
  • Influences people outside area and across a wide sphere of influence
  • Sets measures of technology and system quality
  • Manages projects of medium to large scope (e.g., Tier 1 or 2) including schedules, costs and resources
  • Leads and participates in cross-functional teams
  • Defines and prioritizes new projects together with the business based on identified strategies and goals
  • Participates in Steering Committee for large projects or programs
  • Operates within established organization structure
  • Develops long range plans and strategies for IT based on Business Direction
  • Recommends IT Roadmap in area of specialty.
  • Interviews and recommends candidates
  • Vendor analysis and influence the decision to select or retain vendors
  • Visionary within their area of expertise and across business functions
  • Sets direction and drives IT principles and standards
  • Collaborates with external groups to support and develop IT strategies

Experience

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and a minimum of 10 years of overall software development and Architecture experience.
  • Expert in Enterprise Architecture, preferably certified in Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman
  • Deep and demonstrated understanding of software architecture principles as applies to solutions and application architecture.
  • Experience managing Enterprise platforms and delivering enterprise projects
  • Professional and consultative mindset with commitment for excellent customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly.
  • Expert in conducting Architectural reviews and Architectural guidance
