SAP Presales Academy 는 글로벌로 진행되는 SAP경력사원 공개채용으로 입사 후 미국에서 일정 기간 연수 이후 Local Office(Korea)에서 계속 Career를 이어나갈 수 있는 SAP 글로벌 경력직 채용 프로그램 입니다. 입사 1달 후 미국 California, San Ramon의 SAP 교육센터에서 전 세계 SAP Academy 출신자들과 함께 진행되는 Classroom Training과, 각 해당 국가 Local Office 별로 일하게 될 부서에서On the Job Training을 받게 됩니다.

◎ 전형방법

- 2021 년 2월 첫째 주 중 : Bootcamp 면접 및 최종 면접 완료 예정

- 입사일: 2021년 5월 17일 (입사 1달 후 미국 San Ramon 에서의 교육 연수 예정, 단 COVID19 상황에 따라 동일 Virtual Program 으로 변경될 수 있음)

We are looking for passionate technology & business enthusiasts that are in the early years of their career and want to develop their skills to become a subject matter expert for one of the world’s most valuable brands.

The SAP Academy for Presales will provide you with world-class training and skills to propel you into a successful career in the technology space. This program is your opportunity to engage with customers, help solve their unique business challenges using cutting edge cloud-based products, solutions and services!

For 2021, the dynamic 12-month program builds a foundation for a successful presales career at SAP. The Associates experience innovative classroom-style learning delivered by a full-time faculty combined with on-the-job training and mentoring in the field. Together with colleagues from all over the world, you will participate in experiential learning opportunities including presentations, role plays, team competitions, Design Thinking, gamification, social selling and more. A Senior Presales colleague will mentor and support you to achieve success at SAP.

After your successful training, you are expected to lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities to uncover business challenges and opportunities for innovation. You will create and deliver high impact and engaging software demonstrations that compel the customers to select SAP over other competitive offerings. You will also provide demand generation support through marketing events and deal execution support by responding to request for proposals.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Successful completion of a Bachelor or Master’s degree.
• Strong communication and presentation skills including fluency in English and local language.
• 2-3 years’ work experience in a sales environment in a technology company or in a role with significant exposure to software/technology solutions.
• Strong Business Acumen including demonstrated knowledge of business process and/or industries.

*During the extraordinary time of the COVID-19 pandemic, current temporary SAP guidance requires all employees to work from their homes. If as of the intended May 2021 start date of the 2021 Program, SAP’s work from home guidance is still in effect, participation in the Program will be on a virtual basis from your current home address until further SAP guidance is provided. However, in ordinary circumstances, the Program is customarily based out of SAP’s San Ramon, CA office as are Program participants. If SAP’s COVID-19 work from home guidance concludes during your participation in the Program, you may be expected to relocate to the San Ramon, CA area to continue with the Program. If such a relocation is required, you will be provided with up to 4-weeks’ notice. If you are unable for any reason to relocate the San Ramon, CA area within the notice period, your participation in the Program may be discontinued and your associated employment ended, and thereafter SAP will have no further obligation to you.

If you satisfactorily complete the requirements of the SAP Academy Program in accordance with established SAP Academy performance criteria, SAP intends to place you in a defined position.

General information: It is mandatory for all non-US citizens to possess a visa or ESTA travel authorization to enter the U.S. for any SAP training, or otherwise, that is valid on an uninterrupted basis at the time of entering the U.S. through the end of the training and departure date.
