Hands on experience working in WebSphere application server as administrator
Should be good in configuring WebSphere instances, monitoring health of application servers
Good in deploying applications on servers, performance tuning and troubleshooting
Good knowledge of Unix operating systems and commands
Basic understanding of databases, LDAP, networking principles and interoperability
Good understanding of the basic concepts of the Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), WebSphere architecture, topology, configuration and management

Primary Skills

WebSphere application server
Experience in Linux or Unix platform

Secondary Skills

Understanding of databases and netwroking principles
Understanding of Java basic concepts
