Job Description

As part of the Equifax Digital Transformation, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is seeking an individual experienced in driving a successful IaaS Audit & Compliance program. A successful candidate will operate with a strong sense of urgency and ownership in a fast-paced agile environment. This position is an exciting multi-faceted opportunity for candidates who are highly motivated to succeed, fast learners, influential, passionate about solving problems and perform as a team player. This position will include, but not be limited to, responding to Audit & Compliance requests, proactively improving IaaS’ Audit & Compliance position through process efficiencies and a well-defined compliance governance practice in a fast-paced, maturing agile infrastructure environment. You'll be responsible for contributing to Continuous Improvement Program deployment across the IaaS Alliance as it relates to Audit & Compliance. This position is essential to ensuring operational and transformational excellence to our IaaS Alliance.

This position will be responsible for oversight of multiple Audit & Compliance initiatives, and milestones for this growing technology team utilizing multiple methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid, etc.). This will include, but not be limited to, supporting Audit & Compliance requests, proactively contributing to Equifax’s overall Audit & Compliance best practices and governance program. You must be able to effectively manage impact to the broader organization, be detail oriented and communicate effectively across all levels of the enterprise, including Senior Leadership. You must be able to coordinate and drive change across multiple organizations and stakeholders. Dashboard reporting and providing transparency into the transformation process will be a key objective and determinant of success. Additional skills required are monitoring progress against strategic goals, measuring key metrics, communicating, and driving/leading completion of compliance activities as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team of stakeholders and play a position in building and maintaining customer relationships in support of our Audit & Compliance program
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships, and drive the establishment, execution and communication of a continuous improvement philosophy and quality culture
  • Present solutions to have the greatest impact on profitability, revenue and client satisfaction
  • Drive cross-functional teams to deliver on Audit & Compliance requests
  • Assist in supporting and driving IaaS’ Agile Transformation and continued adoption
  • Leverage Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies as deemed appropriate for a given situation or need
  • Track metrics of team progress, productivity and use the metrics to help the team improve performance
  • Perform Program Risk Management analysis and act as the liaison between the product/project team, leadership, and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure technical documentation is kept up to date (process flows / documentation, etc.)
  • Understand technical nature of the issues to be able to help resolve the impediments
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leaders
  • Communicate program/initiative measures of success, plans, status, issues and risks to team members, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Perform analysis on results and use data to derive conclusions. Communicate analysis to key stakeholders using a clear approach and recommendation of valid solutions
  • Prepare and present Executive level presentations and communications
  • Represent initiatives in broader program management community discussions and collaborative groups (guilds/chapters)
  • Contribute to and participate in global collaboration for continuous process improvement

Qualifications

  • A proven functional/technical professional with 8+ years of prior experience in Audit & Compliance specific program/project management for cross-functional initiatives in an agile Product driven culture is required
  • Ability to negotiate and create consensus where appropriate with internal groups
  • A Lean strategic thinker who values partnerships based on trust, sustainable throughput of value, innovation and relentless improvement
  • Focus on metrics relevant to business growth and providing value to our customers;
  • Ability to perform structured qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word, Jira, Aha! and Visio.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of skills & experience, Masters Degree preferred
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with team members at various levels, including business leaders.
