About the Role

On a day to day basis you will lead by example, set goals and objectives for your team, enable them to be their best, work with them to achieve their goals, put safety first and create a customer experience you would value if you were the customer. As a store manager at Beaurepaires, we want you to run the store as if it were your own.

An essential part of being a Beaurepaires store manager is the connections we build within the community . We’re in the tyre business; our responsibility and commitment is beyond giving advice and selling a product in store. It’s looking out onto the road and seeing our tyres on a vehicle, be it car or truck, knowing we have provided our customers with safety, tyres suited to their needs, and when the time comes, you get to catch up with them, find out what's been going on in their lives and provide them with yet another exceptional customer experience .

What are we looking for?

  • Providing safety leadership to your team members, through pro-active coaching and reinforcing EHS / OHS programs, and monitoring compliance.
  • Drive, motivate, mentor and lead the team to achieve and exceed company objectives by meeting sales target with high level of customer service.
  • Jump between hands-on mechanical tasks, serving customers and managing the operations of the store.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and bookings (over the phone, counter and email)
  • Store administration including banking and stock control
  • Ensuring team members are delivering industry leading in-store customer experience
  • Monitoring and managing all controllable store related costs
  • Management of all inventory across all stores
  • Provide ongoing feedback to your team members
  • Ensure your store maintain outstanding store housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
  • Be a role model in appropriate workplace behaviour and high performance.

Requirements

  • Someone who is passionate about all things automotive
  • Enjoy a busy and varied role
  • Like setting and achieving targets and goals
  • Lead by example in creating a supportive and safe work culture
  • Have great time management skills and the ability to organize others
  • Hold a current driver’s license
