Position Summary
The Client Migration Lead is responsible for moving Clients and their data from Streamline to ADP Celergo. The Client Migration lead is to ensure that the current set-up is evaluated and correctly executed on ADP Celergo to make the transition successful per the standard migration operating procedures. The Client Migration Lead is also responsible for tracking the status of the project and reporting out the successes and failures to the overall Client Migration Leader per the designed rhythm specific to each wave within each phase. This role reports to the Director of Client Migrations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining a project plan that outlines the status of clients migrating from Streamline to ADP Celergo.
- Following up with internal team members to ensure critical milestones are met for client specific migrations. This involves review of the project plan and consistent follow up to ensure we are meeting the migration schedule.
- Validating client's and local partner's data to ensure that the data ADP Celergo is complete and satisfies all required information to successfully run a payroll and maintain compliance.
- Successfully configuring payrolls according to our standard operating procedures.
- Completing parallel test of migrating clients and payrolls for a successful transition to the primary account manager of the client and payroll.
- Ensuring that the migration schedule is met according to the outlined plan.
- Client Service support on
- Standard operating procedures and general troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting ADP Celergo
- Troubleshooting Integrations
- Internal and external training on newly implemented processes
- Coordinating with the Partner Network team to obtain needed local partner information for the completion of the ADP Celergo migration.
- Validating country specific requirements needed to process payroll in each respective location and matching them to ADP Celergo in order to shore up payroll set-up for go-live.
- Working with the Partner Network Team to help technically onboard the network for the transitions onto ADP Celergo as we transition the initial clients.
- Being the Subject Matter Experts on ADP Celergo and working Central Services and/or Product to solve for issues.
- Coordinating with the SRM and SDM communities to ensure they are supporting the customer in their migration in a seamless transition.
- Coordinating with Global System Support to make sure that the integration for the customer is aligned with the appropriate go-live date set in the project plan.
- Helping map data fields
- Help identify client needs and system capabilities
Requirements
- Passion - Client Service Management, Data Analysis, Data Migrations
- Education -- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Experience -- Minimum of 2 years of related managerial and leadership experience in a service environment
