Senior Product Manager - Trust & Safety - Content Safety

Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager on the Trust and Safety - Content Safety team, you will play a key role in the Roblox experience by helping to drive civility across the platform. Through a combination of AI-driven text filters and UGC abuse report systems, you’ll help our community of over 150M users and developers continue to interact positively and inclusively with each other. We’re looking for someone with a background in measuring and shaping user behavior, and a vision for what the future of civility looks like across the metaverse.

You Are:

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager specializing in the ways that online communities interact with each other, for an online marketplace, social network, or other relevant product with millions of users.
• Analytical and data-driven, with a technical background capable with working closely with engineering teams to solve complex problems
• Able to analyze complex (multi-dimensional) solution trade-offs and present alternatives that would satisfy solution requirements
• Extremely well organized with project information, attention to detail, and exacting quality standards
• Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring.
• Experience with User Generated Content (UGC), Machine Learning, and/or Artificial Intelligence is a huge plus
• A self starter: High degree of self direction and independent drive.
