About the role:

As part of the US HR Operations team, the primary focus of this role will be providing complex administrative support to Boston Scientific's US Talent Acquisition team. Successful candidate will work under limited supervision to successfully support interview scheduling and new hire pre-boarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide a high level of customer service and administrative support to coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams (phone, video & in-person). Book travel arrangements as needed.
  • Management of initiating and completion of new hire I-9 forms. Stay informed and up to date on requirements and ensure compliance guidelines are followed.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system Success Factors (ATS) and LawLogix (I-9 case management).
  • Focus on attention to detail, be solution-oriented and manage priorities in a high-volume setting.
  • Answer complex functional questions that may require additional research and follow-up.
  • Work with high integrity and maintain confidentiality and use appropriate discretion.
  • Collaborate with team members and actively look for process improvements, bring ideas forward, participate on project teams and implement as appropriate.

What we’re looking for:

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience supporting Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to appropriately tailor messages
  • Attention to detail and focus on customer service in a high-volume setting
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Microsoft TEAMS
