We are currently seeking a Vlocity Cloud Consultant (Business Analyst) to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

Job Duties:

• Your responsibility will be to align to customer’s business requirements to the native Vlocity functionality and to construct a development plan that will deliver the desired solution,
• You will have a deep knowledge of the core business processes in the Health industry and proven capability to employ best practices which you will enhance by acquiring an understanding of the specific business drivers for the customer’s program.
• A collaborative and tight relationship with the business stakeholders will be central to your role and your commitment to their success is critical for success.
• You will also be working with Architects and a team of Developers, typically in Agile scrum teams, helping them convert the business requirements into technical activities and verifying that their deliverables meet the acceptance criteria.
• You will be reporting directly to the Salesforce Industries Leader and working closely with the Digital Advisor from Healthcare to develop POC’s, POV’s and accelerators for the Insurance industry.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years + overall experience, preferably in CRM ecosystem
• 8 years + experience with Salesforce
• 5 years + experience of working with deployment teams, using Agile development techniques
• Certified in Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer and Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant
• Certified in Vlocity Platform Developer & Vlocity Health

Nice to have skills:

• Extensive experience in hands-on technical development on the Vlocity solution platform
• Experience in executing Salesforce / Vlocity implementation projects in the Health industry
• Proven record of successful delivery of customer projects, preferable enterprise CRM implementations
• Excellent communication skills, equally comfortable with crafting emails as leading a white board session with customers and delivering functional demos
