We are currently seeking a Bilingual IT Project Manager to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities:

-Work with the project teams and business users from governance perspectives

-Monitor project issues and work with the project team to create recovery plans. Escalate issues to the higher management if necessary

- Create reports and communicate with Head Office to report the project status/issues.

-Support business requirement definition by communicating with business users.

-Support testing (regression test, UAT, and other required tests for the project) to obtain assumed system quality

-Support for major projects related to the interface systems.

-Interface team management support for coordinating remaining tasks and/or incidents.

-Liaison to support communication with related teams in Head Office and group companies.

-Handle production issue remediation with business users, developers, operators and related system owners.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years IT Project Management – SDLC

- Fluent in Japanese and English (Speaking and Writing)

-SQL

-Korn Shell Script

-Python

-ETL/ESB

-MQ

-Scheduler

Education:

-BS in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience
