Good understanding of ServiceNow standard capabilities
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
Experience on ServiceNow upgrades
Expertise on core ITSM modules other modules like - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management,Knowledge Management, Reports and Service Catalog
Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow
Run basic reports, as well as the benefits of performance analytics
Upgrade and clone instances, as well as create baseline performance metrics
ServiceNow cerrification is added advantage
