Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades
Expertise in core ITSM modules other modules like - Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Knowledge Management, Reports and Service Catalog
Work directly with end-users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow
Run basic reports, as well as the benefits of performance analytics
Upgrade and clone instances, as well as create baseline performance metrics
ServiceNow certification an added advantage
