Job Description
Advertisers are key to the work of Facebook’s Business Integrity team. Our platform delivers ad policy information, empowers and encourages good advertiser behavior, and addresses those that don’t follow our ad policies. We develop tools to help advertisers understand enforcement actions, improve adherence to our rules, and fix ads that violate our policies. Data analysis, machine learning and human-powered review are all used to enforce Facebook’s advertising policies at scale. This means reviewing billions of ad components every year to determine which ads to allow and which to reject. It also means honing in on unique content problems, such as scams and misleading ads, and developing remediation solutions and policies to address these issues. Our tools address these needs and equip ad reviewers with the most up-to-date policies to prevent harm on the platform. Our surfaces inform advertisers about appropriate ways to use our products to create a safe and productive environment for everyone. These efforts help protect people from harm on our platform, enable advertisers to build trust with their customers, and help Facebook fulfill its mission to create a trustworthy platform that builds community and brings people together.
