We are currently seeking a MS Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

-At least 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics Products.
-Should have experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
-Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant.
-Strong knowledge on domain – Finance and Accounting and/or Manufacturing.
-Strong experience in Pre-sales support for Microsoft Dynamics Products.
-The Consultant is responsible to understand RFP requirements, prepare high level solutioning, estimate & proposal.

-Gather, analyze and formalize user’s business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
-Prepare project documentation such as Requirement Specifications, Fit-Gap, FDD, Test cases etc.
-Adhere to project scope, update requirement traceability matrix, inform and record out-of-scope issues.
-Assist in the integration testing, system testing, User Acceptance Test & implementation activities.
-Prepare user manual and operations manual, and plan & facilitate training of users and operators.
-Responsible for conducting peer reviews for Microsoft Dynamics AX application configuration design and adherence to best practices, standards, procedures and methodologies.
-Migrate master and opening balances data in to D365FO from customer legacy system through Excel.
-Responsible for providing analysis and follow-up of Applications Support Service Desk items to ensure problems are resolved and bottlenecks reported.
-Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
-Liaise closely with the team to ensure high-quality, professional and client-focused solutions are delivered always.
-Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
-Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship.
