Position Title: Buisnee Analyst

We are looking for an 2-4 years of experienced, talented and passionate Business Analyst and shape our product requirements, specification, functional testing, configuration management and other related process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define the requirement by decoding current application, document and analyze its vaiability in current situtation/solution
• Risk assesment, dependency identification and defining the roadmap for migration from legacy to modern solution
• Functional test and ensure that modern solution producing similar or expecetd results
• Documentation of results, configuration details etc.
• Manage and support existing and under development clients with program manager, account directors etc.
• Help developers resolving issues or answering questions related to requirements and client's need
• work closely with account directors, program managers

SKILLS AND QULIFICATION

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Great presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven management and organizational skills
• Excellent skills on PL/SQL and good exposure to Java scripting language
• knowledge of AWS, data streaming platform
• Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments
• In-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision-making
• Two or more years of Business Analyst experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, computer science, business administration
• Ability to work with customers, product owners.managers in understanding configuratons , requirements and convey the same to the engineering team
• Visualization, Machine Learning or Artificial intelligence is helpful.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
