We are currently seeking a Practice Lead - Data Intelligence and Automation to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

OVERVIEW
The Intelligent Automation & RPA Practice Leader manages business development, pre-sale, and delivery efforts of intelligent automation projects across a variety of clients with a focus on manufacturing and life sciences. This includes developing collateral, presenting to clients, developing solution architectures, and providing subject matter expertise on automation projects. This person leads effective workgroups, assigns tasks, identifies issues, escalates risks, follows up, and reports status as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collateral Development – Create and enhance collateral to communicate the firm’s capabilities as well as proposal information for specific client pursuits.
Solution Architecture – Develop proposed architecture solutions to specific client problems.
Project Estimation and Staffing – Identify the appropriate resource mix for RPA projects. Estimate project scope, schedule, and cost.
Client Communication – Meet with senior client personnel to support a variety of situations ranging from “first call” introductory meetings, to proposal development and delivery.
Internal Coordination – Partner with other organizations within NTT Data that support the delivery of automation services.
Project Oversight – Work on multiple projects as a part-time subject matter expert to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Research – Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in the automation area to ensure all solutions include the best and latest thinking and developments.
Balance stakeholder needs and effectively negotiate tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and budget. Balance needs of multiple stakeholders and gains buy-in from groups who may be resistant to change.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of consulting experience, ideally with a large, Management Consulting Organization
• 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing/life science industry. Familiarity with business models, processes, platforms, etc. Additional experience in other industries is desirable.
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Intelligent Automation solutions
• Ability to travel up to 75% with client demands when deemed safe per Covid-19 guidelines
• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Sciences, Engineering or a related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Solid understanding of and demonstrated expertise in intelligent automation, including RPA (Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Blue Prism, PEGA, etc.)
• Proven track record developing new business and driving sales.
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to learn subject matter quickly
• Experience estimating and leading technical projects
• Flexible and adaptive, able to work in ambiguous situations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to motivate, direct, and lead others.
