Training Management Analyst

Key Role:

Leverage analysis and programmatic expertise supporting training management at the Army Service Component Command (ASCC) level. Coordinate with ASCC staff, higher and adjacent headquarters, external agencies, subordinate commands regarding training management and support. Assist with the management of the Army Force Generation Synchronization Tool and Digital Training Management System at the ASCC level.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with military training programs at the brigade or brigade-equivalent level or higher
• 2+ years of experience with the Digital Training Management System (DTMS) and Army Force Generation Synchronization Tool (AST)
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 10 years of experience with military training programs or BA or BS degree and 6 years of experience with military training programs

Additional Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with operating on a US Army Division or service equivalent level
• Experience with Command and Control of the information environment (C2IE)
• Experience with HQDA and ASCC-level Mission Essential Task List (METL)

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
