Introduction .
Your Role and Responsibilities Job Profile: Supporting several Executives and Board members with following task: - Time Management
- Set up meetings across multiple country- and time zones
- Reservation of meeting rooms, technical equipment
- Arrangement of national and international conference calls
- Detailed travel arrangement and organization
- Arrangement of visa letter for countries where necessary
- Preparation and creation of meeting, event, workshop agendas
- Travel expense reports
- Collect input and summaries from team members
- Stand in for colleagues in case of vacation and sickness
Salary starting from 1200Eur, depending on relevant experience.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise Skills and experiences requirements: - Complete Secondary/High school education, university is not a condition
- Priority is put on experience: at least 2-3 years of practice as an assistant, preferably in an environment of international company, very good organization and communication skills
- Fluent Slovak and English (spoken and written) - communication on daily bases
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with mail applications (Lotus Notes preferred), experience as an Internet user
