Associate, Dasher Experience (Temporary/ Full time)

About the Team

You will be a part of the Dasher Support Labs team, a component of Dasher Experience. This team’s role is to provide quality, high-touch, and virtual support services to both prospective and active Dashers. The ultimate, ongoing objective is to elevate the experience prospective and existing Dashers have when engaging with the DoorDash to enhance the Dasher support experience. To achieve this objective, the team will operationalize and execute support experience experiments. Successful experiments will then be scaled and may continue to live within the Dasher Support Labs team or be transitioned to the broader Support Ops organization.

About the Role: Dasher Support Lab Associate

As a DSL Associate, your role will be focused overseeing project-based work. Depending on the size of the project, an Associate may be overseeing a portfolio of projects at the same time. In this role, you will have the opportunity to own and manage a team(s) of Supervisors to execute the different projects that you are driving all with the singular focus of enhancing the Dasher experience.

Success in the role is based on how effective you are at owning your projects end-to-end as well as your proactiveness in executing the work that you are owning. An Associate will need to have:

• Strong project management experience
• Strong and clear written and verbal communication
• An analytical mindset and skills
• Proactive critical thinking / problem solving skills
• Strong project execution and team management experience

You will report to a Senior Manager, whose ultimate job is to help you unblock any challenges that you may face with the projects you are owning as well as scaling out experiments that result in successful results.
