Job Summary:

As a design engineer in Micron's Emerging Memory R&D Group, you will be a technical individual contributing to circuit design for analog and digital blocks, simulation result analysis, and reporting, and proposing solutions to problems found in circuits. This includes the development of novel concepts, design and simulation, optimization, and floor planning. Analog and/or digital design skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are requested. Experience guiding layout a plus, hands-on layout a plus, previous design experience especially in-memory design, a plus.

Qualifications and Skills include, but not limited to:

• Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years experience or Bachelors with 5 years.
• Understanding of circuit design and simulation process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious
