As a Supply Base Management-Business Analysis-Manager, you will manage the collection, review, validation monitoring, and analysis of business data to solve problems. This role will mentor the team responsible for identifying opportunities for enhanced business value delivery through supply market intelligence, category analytics, RFP scenario modeling and facilitate improved efficiency and effectiveness through innovative solutions. This role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Manage the process and team responsible for determining business needs through understanding of business unit operations.
  • Review business analysis results and recommendations for customers to empower data-driven decision making.
  • Conduct benchmark analysis / cost models for key categories to identify opportunity areas.
  • Develop tools and templates to improve sourcing efficiency, including RFP templates, scenario library, etc.

Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of related experience
  • Supply Market Intelligence: Demonstrated understanding of supply market dynamics and implications for Sourcing.
  • Category Analytics: Knowledge of key sourcing and category management levers across, especially in categories such as professional services, IT hardware, software, facilities services, etc.
  • Process Excellence: Knowledge of leading practices in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, and experience identifying and optimizing related processes.
  • RFP Analytics and Scenario Modeling: Demonstrated understanding of ways to optimize RFP process, including supporting analytics and scenario modeling.
  • Change Management: Experience leading cross-functional transformation and change initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in supply chain, or business administration, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with one or more source-to-pay solution(s), such as Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa, etc.
