As a Recruitment Leader, you will be responsible for end to end TA planning, branding , executing and onboarding of new talent. TA of early hires from interns, campus hires, lateral hires etc. Employer Branding -reaching out to campuses and also professionals to be the employer of choice. Social media plans and branding would also be part of the responsibility. Leading a team of recruiters to deliver on recruitment activities which include sourcing candidates from job boards, stakeholder management, vendor management, Market Intelligence and ensuring good candidate experience while meeting targets are met in given timeline.

Desired Profile:

  • MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources from Premier B School
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization
  • High on integrity, trustworthiness and collaboration
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically in the deployment of various Talent Acquisition programs
  • Excellent communication skills; the ability to build and manage relationships and influence change.
  • Comfortable to challenge the status quo with a passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment
  • Should have strong analytics, presentation and interpersonal skills, negotiation & Conflict resolution skills
